Your daily goal should be to drink at least half your bodyweight in ounces. You may need even more depending on your activity level! Here are a few tips to help you reach your goal.

1. Drink water first thing in the morning. I’d suggest having a water bottle or glass on your nightstand. As soon as you wake up, start hydrating!

2. Consume fruits and vegetables. Fruits and veggies are primarily made of water. They’ll provide you with much needed nutrients and help with hydration.

3. Have a glass of water at the start and end of every meal.

4. Buy a reusable water bottle and take it everywhere.
