*We will build to a weight and maintain that weight for all 5 sets.

EVERY 4:00 x 5 SETS
10 Burpees
20 Mountain Climbers
30 Sit-ups
40 Jumping jacks

Core Work

:45 Plank/:15 Rest
:45 Side Plank (L)/:15 Rest
:45 Side Plank (R)/:15 Rest
